Roomify Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how Roomify users can request deletion of their account and related personal data. Roomify is used by business customers for logistics operations, so some records may need to be retained where required by contract, billing, audit, security, or applicable law.

Signed-in users: open the Roomify mobile app and go to Profile > Account Security > Delete account. The app records an auditable deletion request and notifies the privacy team.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@roomify.tech from the address used for your Roomify account.

We acknowledge deletion requests after receipt and process them according to applicable privacy law and customer contract obligations. We may need to verify your identity or coordinate with your tenant administrator before completing the request.
